Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price minus any P&P costs. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please complete and follow the instructions on the return sheet included with your order. If the reason for your return is for a faulty or other reason please email hellofriskywhiskers@yahoo.com with your reason for return and images (if applicable) and When your return is accepted. we will email you with instructions on how and where to send the item back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example any personalised or custom made products such as a specific design, bespoke size (and including 'build your own' products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item, if this is the case please ensure you do not request another item on your returns form.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Postage Costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. When returning any items to us, you are responsible for packaging securely to avoid damage in the post and for the postage costs, we also recommend using a tracked delivery to help ensure its safe arrival back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post and can only issue a refund when it is received.
For faulty or incorrect items, Frisky Whiskers will cover the postage cost and will provide return details when you contact us.
